Membership tier

- Membership Tier is use to set members what packages / bundles set they can purchase. Eg. gold members can purchase gold packages / bundles only etc.
- To create a membership tier, go to membership page, then click membership tiers tab and click create membership tier.
- Punters become a tier member if they purchased a package or bundle that has a “MEMBERSHIP TIER TO SAVE TO MEMBER” setup.
- To set up a membership tier to package, put the package as members only then select the desired membership tier.
- To set up a membership tier to bundles, put the bundles as members only then select the desired membership tier.
- Difference between MEMBERSHIP TIER TO SAVE TO MEMBER and MEMBERSHIP TIER select options:
- MEMBERSHIP TIER TO SAVE TO MEMBER - this setup is for punters to become a tier member.
- MEMBERSHIP TIER - this setup is used to hide the tier packages / bundles to non tier members. You can’t see this select option if the package / bundles is not setup as members only.
- Can a member have multiple membership tiers? Yes, by purchasing a different tier package / bundles.
- To set up a membership tier setting, go to the membership settings page, then select the membership tiers. By this you can setup the membership tier for a different expiration date and notification date for renewal.

- Error in Membership Renewal link page.
- Check the season event customisation page:
- Membership Registration Event should be turned on.
- Set as Master Event should be turned on.
- Enable Renew should be turned on.
- Event Status should be live.
- Check if the package of the member card is correctly set up in Membership Renewal Settings.
- Check the season event if it has the same package for the facility of the member card to be renewed.
- If the member card has seat, check the seat in season event if it is still available.
- Check the facility if the package / bundle is linked to svg template.
- Check the bundles / packages of that member card in the season event if it is not hidden and it is available for purchase.
- Disable Renewal in membership settings should be turned off.
- Check the expiration date of the member card if it is already expired or it is already renewed.
- Check the season event customisation page:
- No notification email is sent.
- Check the notification date in Membership settings if it is a current date.
- Check the member cards if it is not expired.
- Disable Renewal in membership settings should be turned off.
- No Member Card is created after purchasing in Season Event.
- Check the Membership Registration Event if turned on.
- The Item in Package should be a ticket type.
- The expiration date of member card is wrong after renewed or purchase.
- Check the New Season Expiration Date in Membership Settings if it correctly setup.
- Check the Member Card Expiration in Event Customize page if it has a value.
- No tickets are linked to member card after renewed or purchase.
- Check the order if the punter purchased a package or a bundle.
- Check the bundles if league events are correctly linked.
- Item in package should be a ticket type.
- Bundles needs time to process and save the tickets, so check the order if bundle process is finished.
