Third party import

• Description
  • This will allow importing attendees from 3rd party ticketing system. Imported attendees will be scannable using our own scanners and will be recorded in the system as sales and will have their own Order record.

• Import File Requirements
  • ORDERREF (required) - The order reference assigned to the attendee. Multiple attendees can have the same order reference.
  • CUSTOMERFORENAME (required) - Attendee First Name
  • CUSTOMERSURNAME (required) - Attendee Last Name
  • EMAIL (optional) - Attendee Email
  • ADD1 (required) - Attendee Address
  • TOWN (required) - Attendee Town/City
  • POSTCODE (required) - Attendee Post Code
  • TICKETTYPE (required) - Will be filled up by TT, This is the package that will be connected to the attendee
  • BARCODE (required) - The barcode or QR code from the 3rd party ticketing system. This can be in any format as long as it does not exceed 50 characters. Note: The same barcode can be used by multiple attendees provided they are all in different events. No 2 attendees can share the same barcode for 1 event.
